That's spot on. We have to stand up to the Thug, there is no question about that, but a small way out. Not a large way out, just a small one, but enough to where Putin and the Oligarchs and Military are hurt very, very bad, but to where the common Russian Citizen is spared.

Look at the news....The Russian people aren't for this war. People say, "they need to rise up then." Well, they have. Look in Moscow and St. Petersburg. They have protested by the thousands, but literally the Russian police is arresting them by the thousands.
